Purpose of the processing of personal data / purpose of the filing system
Data subjects’ personal data is used to provide online learning environment services.
The processing of data is based on the person’s consent (Tietosuojalaki 5.12.2018, EU yleinen tietosuoja-asetus).
Content of the filing system
Name, email address, username, users’ access rights to the system, the log of activities taking place in the course area.

Personal data is collected only from the data subjects themselves.

Principles of filing system protection
All users have a personal user ID and password. Users can process and view only their own data and the data of the persons that they need to process because of their studies or duties.
Data storage period
Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the data processing is carried out. The data is erased no later than one day after the completion of studies.
Right of access
The person has the right to access the data stored in the filing system. The right of access is in accordance with the legislation in force.
